Help the club prepare for the season in anyway you can!

The sun is starting to come out, the weather is getting warmer and the clocks went forward at the weekend. We would like to invite club volunteers to the club's annual ground force day to get the facilities ready for the coming season

Kick off is at 9am on Saturday 9th April - any small amount of help or time you can offer with make the jobs easier. We will share a list of activities in the week or two prior to the day

We will be working on both the clubs grounds - a new moment for cricket force day since the installation of the new wicket in 2020 - in preparing them for 2022 season under the watchful eye of grounds man Martin Woods

Club Captain James Moss says:

"It's not about the amount of time is about more people sparring any time they can, a few hours can make such a difference and would be hugely appreciated. Like most sports clubs the vast majority of work is done by volunteers, with WCC now having more than 300 members, 150 plus games of cricket men, ladies, boys and girls, please check your diary on the weekend of the 9th April and try and spare us a little time."
